The only working textures were the guns, clothing, and skin. Every time I moved the textures for the ground flashed and changed into some bs! some squares were metal with gears and wires and some were wood or sand or something. Then I load the save and everything had gone to hell. So I boot up the game and it seems fine, got to the title screen and noticed an image was missing but didn't think much of it.
So I uninstalled the NMC's Texture packs and decided to go with Charges's FNV HD textures. I downloaded a couple mods to make it look better and everything seemed fine, but then i decided to change up the textures.
So, I have New Vegas with all the dlc installed and so I decided to play it.
